Mobility Class

 
Designed to help you move better, feel better, and build practical strength from the ground up.
Focusing on simple, effective bodyweight training, we develop core control, mobility, and coordination through structured, ground-based movement patterns. The emphasis is on improving body awareness and restoring natural movement in a way that is accessible to everyone.

Whether you are returning to training, feeling stiff or tight, or already moving well but want to challenge yourself, this session provides a supportive environment with no pressure to keep up.

Exercises are broken down, allowing you to progress at your own pace while building strength and confidence in your movement.

Suitable for:
  • People who want to start Hapkido but who don't feel physically competent to begin.
  • Anyone looking to improve mobility and flexibility
  • Those wanting to build strength without a traditional gym environment
This class is a free class as our instructor is an external instructor who is giving her time free. This is also our way of helping to benefit the wider community. You do not have to be enrolled at our Academy to join this class.
